I created this space to share the leadership tenets I’ve collected, observed, and “borrowed” from exceptional business and technology leaders, visionary product managers, brilliant engineers, and even a few worthy adversaries.

 

A key inspiration? Ray Dalio’s Principles. He argues that “All successful people operate by principles that help them be successful.” That idea resonated with me. When a billionaire shares his hard-won insights, you listen.

 

These principles have helped me drive real impact in technology transformation, leadership, and organizational change. But they’re not a cure-all. Without passion, drive, empathy, and experimentation, they’re just words—easily read, easily forgotten.
